Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the «Terms») constitute the agreement between you and the operator that provides the bandaz.app website and all related services (the «Service»).

By starting to use the website, creating an account, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, do not use the Service.

The Service is provided by the operator shown at the top of this page. The operator's identity, registration, and contact details are listed there and updated on this page whenever they change.

bandaz.app is an independent online platform for IELTS® exam preparation. The Service includes original practice tests, study materials, AI-powered evaluation of answers, progress tracking, and a personal study plan.

The Service is entirely digital: content is delivered online and no physical goods are shipped. Alongside free features, supported app versions offer bandaz.app Pro subscriptions and additional credit packs. Prices and included features are shown before purchase.

Accounts are created through your Apple or Google account. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided upon sign-in (name, e-mail, etc.) is accurate and up to date.

The Service is not intended for persons under 13. Users under 18 may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your account credentials with third parties; you are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. One user may not maintain more than one account.

Purchases in the iOS app use Apple App Store billing; purchases in the Android app use Google Play billing. The store confirmation shows the amount payable, currency and applicable taxes. bandaz.app does not receive your full payment-card details. A free account does not automatically become a paid subscription.

bandaz.app Pro is a monthly auto-renewable subscription. Each paid period includes 40 credits and the Pro features listed on the purchase screen. Unless cancelled, the relevant Apple or Google account is charged for the next period. On iOS, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to prevent the next renewal.

Manage the subscription on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. After cancellation, Pro continues until the paid period ends, except when a refund is approved. Deleting the app or your bandaz.app account does not cancel the store subscription.

Active Pro accounts can make one-time purchases of 24, 48 or 120 credits; packs do not auto-renew. Separately purchased pack credits have no expiry date. Free monthly credits expire at the end of the displayed calendar month; credits included with Pro expire at the end of that subscription period and do not roll over. The balance shows the source and expiry, and an action requiring credits shows its cost before you start. Credits are not money and cannot be transferred to another account.

Purchases are linked to that bandaz.app account. To restore an existing subscription, use your original bandaz.app account and the store account used for the purchase. Remaining pack credits are saved in your bandaz.app account; restoring does not grant the same pack twice. Free content and existing active gift periods do not create a charge automatically. Completing a Full Test no longer grants a new 90-day Pro gift.

After the store confirms a purchase, the subscription or credits are added to your account. If this is delayed, try restoring purchases or refreshing the balance in the same bandaz.app account; contact the operator if the problem continues.

Request a refund through the store used for your purchase: Apple purchases are reviewed under Apple's process and Google Play purchases under Google Play's process. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically issue a refund. An approved refund may revoke the Pro features and credits from that purchase; credits already spent may create a debt balance deducted from future credits.

These provisions do not remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Send service-delivery enquiries to [email protected].

The iOS app downloaded from the App Store is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. This page adds the terms for using and purchasing bandaz.app services; it does not replace Apple's EULA.

A significant portion of the tests, materials, and evaluations in the Service is created with the help of artificial intelligence technologies. Such content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate passages.

Scores and evaluations produced by AI are approximate indicators only and are not equivalent to official exam results.

If you find an error in the content, you can report it to [email protected]; substantiated complaints are reviewed.

IELTS® is a registered trademark jointly owned by the British Council, IDP IELTS, and Cambridge University Press & Assessment.

bandaz.app is an independent preparation platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the IELTS Partners. The IELTS® mark is used solely to identify the intended exam and describe the purpose of the preparation service.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the questions, audio, texts, visuals, and evaluations in the Service are independently created by bandaz.app and are not official IELTS materials.

All content published on the website — tests, materials, design, logo, and software — is the copyrighted property of the operator (or its licensors).

Content you purchase or obtain free of charge grants you only a personal, non-commercial right of use. The following is prohibited:

Your answers, written work, and other materials you create remain your property; by using the Service you consent to their processing for evaluation and analysis purposes.

When using the Service, you are required to observe the following rules:

If you breach these Terms, the operator may temporarily or permanently suspend your account or restrict access to the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time at your own discretion.

The operator develops the Service: new features may be added and existing ones may change. Access to content you have paid for is provided for the duration of the payment period.

The Service is provided on an «as is» basis. The operator does not guarantee the achievement of any particular exam result, score, or other educational outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator's contractual liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the relevant transaction. This limitation does not remove mandatory consumer or personal-data rights.

The operator is not liable for losses arising from causes beyond its control (natural disasters, widespread network failures, outages of third-party services, etc.).

The operator may update these Terms when the Service or applicable law changes. Changes that materially affect your rights are notified through your registered e-mail address or account at least 14 days in advance. Fresh explicit consent is obtained where a change expands the scope of consent.

These Terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Disputes are first resolved through negotiation; failing agreement, recourse is had to the courts in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
