The key idea
In Part 3 the conversation moves to more general and abstract topics. An example like “this is what I do” can help, but also answer the question at a general level.
Start with idea + reason + example. Then, if needed, add a limit: It depends on…, This may be different for…
You don't need to make big claims that apply to everyone. Choose phrases like Some people and in many cases according to what you really mean.

Question: Why do some people prefer living in large cities?
Answer: One reason is the wider range of jobs. People in specialised fields may find more suitable employers there. However, this advantage can be reduced by high housing costs.
The idea, the explanation of the reason and the limitation are linked together.
Now you try
Answer the question “Why do people sometimes choose to study online?” aloud.
Give one reason, explain who it helps, and say who might find this choice difficult.
A personal draft. It is not saved when you leave or automatically graded.

Answer and explanation
Example: Flexibility is a major reason. Someone with a full-time job can watch lessons in the evening. However, learners who need hands-on practice may still benefit from attending in person.
Your answer may have a different reason. What matters is that you don't say “online is good” and stop; explain how the advantage works.
I heard the question but have no ideas: how do I start?
