The key idea
Healthy is related to health: healthy food, a healthy lifestyle. Fit can mean physical condition and strength: stay fit. Balanced stresses that different parts are in the right proportion: a balanced diet.
Phrases:
- get enough sleep — to sleep for as long as your body needs
- stay physically active — to keep moving and exercising regularly
- manage stress — to deal with pressure so that it does not overwhelm you
- develop a habit — to gradually build a regular way of behaving
In language practice, don't write a personal observation about health as if it were a medical guarantee.
